Arrivals and Departures

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure. Our luggage room is at your disposal before and after your stay, so that you can enjoy Paris at your leisure.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT?

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by e-mail welcome@louisonhotel.com or by phone at +33153632550 if you arrive after 10 pm.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AFTER 12 O'CLOCK?

Yes, late departures are possible on request and at an additional cost, depending on room availability. For further information, please contact the reception the day before or the morning of your departure.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

When you make your reservation, please read the terms and conditions very carefully. Cancellation conditions vary according to the type of booking. Please consult our website for more information.

WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S POLICY TOWARDS GUESTS UNDER 18?

The hotel is very happy to accommodate children. For example, we have connecting rooms and adjoining rooms - ideal for families of up to 5 people - available on request by contacting our reservations department by email welcome@louisonhotel.com or by telephone +33153632550.

Baby cots are available free of charge in the Prestige rooms only. Breakfast and tourist tax are free for children under 18 years of age. A baby high chair is available on request.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We are pet-friendly, but unfortunately not all pets are allowed in the hotel. Only dogs under 10 kilos are allowed (for an additional fee, subject to availability). Please contact us before your stay if you wish to bring your dog.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION MADE VIA A BOOKING PLATFORM SUCH AS BOOKING, EXPEDIA, TABLET HOTELS... ?

DO I NEED A HEALTH PASS?

No, you do not need a sanitary pass to stay at the hotel.

 

WHAT ADDITIONAL HYGIENE AND CLEANING MEASURES HAVE YOU PUT IN PLACE?


- Disinfection of surfaces in common areas, including door knobs, handles, light switches, lift buttons and room keys, several times a day.
- The use of ozonated water kills germs and bacteria and thus ensures disinfection of the premises when cleaning each room and in the common areas.

 

WHAT ARE THE PREVENTION MEASURES ADOPTED BY YOUR TEAMS?

- Staff are equipped with gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
- The teams have been specifically trained in barrier procedures. They ensure that they wash their hands before entering the rooms and regularly throughout the day.

 

DO YOU HAVE MASKS AND HYDRO-ALCOHOLIC GELS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS?

- We can provide masks and hydro-alcoholic gels on request.
- Bottles of hydro-alcohol gel are available at various locations in the hotel.


Our Rooms

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited in other public areas of the hotel, in accordance with French law.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER CONNECTING ROOMS?

Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms. Please contact our reservations department by email welcome@louisonhotel.com or by phone +33153632550.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH SEPARATE BEDS?

Yes, we have twin rooms exclusively in the Prestige and Executive rooms.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ALLERGY-FREE ROOMS?

All our rooms are equipped with parquet flooring as well as anti-allergic synthetic pillows and duvets.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH SAFES?

Yes, each room has a free private safe.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE KETTLES?

All our rooms are equipped with a hospitality tray including a kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH COFFEE MACHINES?

Tradition Supérieure, Prestige and Triple rooms are not equipped with coffee machines, but a Nespresso machine and capsules can be added at an additional cost and on request from reception.

Our suite and apartment are equipped with a Nespresso machine.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH MINIBARS?

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a minibar.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS?

No, but it is quite possible to have them mounted, as the reception lends them on request.

HOW OFTEN ARE THE SHEETS CHANGED?

Sheets are changed on the third day, or as soon as there is a stain.

UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN I REQUEST THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE?

You can request room cleaning service until 15:30.


Our Services

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS? IS WI-FI AVAILABLE?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel at no extra charge. Tablets are also available all day at no extra charge.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 11am during the week, and from 8am to 11.30am at the weekend. We offer a range of breakfast options, accompanied by a buffet prepared by our masters and mistresses of the house.

ARE GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFASTS AVAILABLE?

Our breakfast team has developed a gluten-free formula, which will be offered to you.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST SERVED IN MY ROOM?

Yes, breakfast can be served in your room from 7am to 12pm on request.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK TRIPS AND EVENTS THROUGH THE HOTEL?

The hotel offers a concierge service. We can arrange various guided tours in Paris and the surrounding area. We can also make reservations for restaurants, theatres and more.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DRY CLEANING SERVICE?

Yes, we offer our customers a dry cleaning service for an additional cost. Items left in the morning can be picked up the same evening. More information is available at the reception desk.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A LUGGAGE DEPOSIT SERVICE?

Yes, guests are welcome to use our free luggage storage service. Please note that we do not have a luggage porter.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE AN ELEVATOR?

Yes, two lifts are available. Each lift can carry a maximum of two to three people.

IS THE HOTEL AIR-CONDITIONED?

Yes, air conditioning is available in all rooms.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL?

No. However, we can recommend many restaurants and will be happy to help you with your reservations.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER CHAMPAGNE AND FLOWERS?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact the reception welcome@louisonhotel.com if you would like to order (at an additional cost) a bottle of champagne and glasses and/or a bouquet or petals for your room.

WHAT IS THE HOTEL DOING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

Hotel Louison is committed to preserving the environment, which is why we have adopted an eco-responsible approach and implemented equipment and habits to limit our daily environmental impact.

Transport

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?

We offer lockable garages in a private car park next to the hotel, at an additional cost and only by contacting the hotel by email welcome@louisonhotel.com (subject to availability). The keys to the car park will be given to you at reception on arrival. Please note that these car parks are not suitable for 4x4s, SUVs, Crossovers, MPVs or vans.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER TRANSPORTATION OR SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT?

No, but we can arrange travel to airports and train stations in Paris with shuttle services or private taxis. These services are available on request at reception and at an additional cost.
