WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure. Our luggage room is at your disposal before and after your stay, so that you can enjoy Paris at your leisure.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT?

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Please inform us by e-mail welcome@louisonhotel.com or by phone +33 (0)1 53 63 25 50 if you arrive after 10 pm.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE AFTER 12 O'CLOCK?

Yes, late departures are possible on request and at an additional cost, depending on room availability. For further information, please contact the reception the day before or the morning of your departure.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE IN ADVANCE IF I ARRIVE EARLY?

Yes, the reception desk has luggage storage. We'll keep them safe until your room is ready.

CAN I CHECK IN ONLINE?

Check-in takes place on site on arrival. In order to facilitate and shorten your check-in, we invite you to complete the pre-stay form received by e-mail before the date of your arrival.

CAN I ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT?

Yes, reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CAN I EXTEND OR SHORTEN MY STAY AT THE HOTEL LOUISON?

If you wish to shorten or extend your stay, please inform reception as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and the terms of your reservation. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON ACCEPT VACATION VOUCHERS?

Yes, we accept vacation vouchers.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

When you make your reservation, please read the terms and conditions very carefully. Cancellation conditions vary according to the type of booking. Please consult our website for more information.

WHAT IS THE HOTEL'S POLICY TOWARDS GUESTS UNDER 18?

The hotel is delighted to welcome children. For example, we have connecting rooms and adjoining rooms - ideal for families of up to 5 people - available on request by contacting our reservations department by e-mail welcome@louisonhotel.com or by telephone +33 (0)1 53 63 25 50.

Cots are available in Prestige rooms only. Tourist tax is free for children under 18. A baby high chair is available on request.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We are pet-friendly, but unfortunately not all pets are allowed in the hotel. Only dogs under 10 kilos are allowed (for an additional fee, subject to availability). Please contact us before your stay if you wish to bring your dog.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON WELCOME GROUPS?

Yes, we offer special rates and conditions for group bookings. These are determined according to the dates and number of rooms required. DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON OFFER LONG-STAY PACKAGES?

IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING?

Yes, housekeeping is included in your reservation. If you prefer not to receive the cleaning service, simply hang the "Do not disturb" sign outside your door.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

If you have booked on the official website you can cancel directly from the confirmation email or by contacting us by email welcome@louisonhotel.com.

If you have booked directly by phone or email, you can cancel your stay by contacting us by email welcome@louisonhotel.com.

If you have booked through an agency or another website, please contact their customer service department.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON OFFER REFUNDABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE RATES?

Yes, we offer both refundable and non-refundable rates.

ARE TOURIST TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Tourist taxes are not included in the price of your reservation. They must be paid directly to reception at the end of your stay.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY ON ARRIVAL?

It is possible to pay on the spot on arrival for rates that do not require pre-payment.

CAN I RESERVE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Our Rooms

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is also prohibited in other public areas of the hotel, in accordance with French law.

DO HOTEL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

Every room is air-conditioned for your comfort.

DO HOTEL ROOMS HAVE HEATING?

Each room has independent heating. If the heating in your room is not sufficient for your comfort, reception can provide auxiliary heating, subject to availability.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER CONNECTING ROOMS?

CAN I BOOK A ROOM WITH A DOUBLE OR TWIN BED?

Please let us know when booking whether you prefer a double or twin bed. You can also send us your request by e-mail welcome@louisonhotel.com or by phone +33 (0)1 53 63 25 50.

CAN I REQUEST A QUIET ROOM OR ONE WITH A SPECIAL VIEW?

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH SEPARATE BEDS?

Yes, rooms with two separate beds are only available in the Prestige and Triple categories, on request from reception prior to arrival.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ALLERGY-FREE ROOMS?

All our rooms are equipped with parquet flooring as well as anti-allergic synthetic pillows and duvets.

ARE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH SAFES?

Each room has a private safe.

ARE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH A MINI-FRIDGE?

Each room is equipped with a small fridge for the minibar.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE KETTLES?

All hotel rooms are equipped with a hospitality tray containing a kettle, tea, herbal tea, instant coffee and sugar.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH COFFEE MACHINES?

Tradition, Superieure, Prestige and Triple rooms are not equipped with coffee machines, but a Nespresso machine and capsules can be added at an additional cost and on request from reception.

Atelier 103, our apartment, is equipped with a coffee machine.

Our Suite is equipped with a Nespresso machine.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH MINIBARS?

Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a minibar.

ARE IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?

Rooms are not automatically equipped with irons and ironing boards. You can borrow them from reception, which will be happy to provide them on request.

HOW OFTEN ARE THE SHEETS CHANGED?

Sheets are changed according to their condition or on request, to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

IS HOUSEWORK DONE EVERY DAY?

Cleaning is carried out every day, unless you have hung the "Do not disturb" sign outside your door. In this case, our team will respect your privacy and will not intervene in the room.

UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN I REQUEST ROOM CLEANING SERVICE?

Room cleaning service is available until 3:30pm daily.

ARE BEAUTY AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM?

Yes, every bathroom is equipped with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. In the hotel's Junior Suite, a nourishing body lotion is also available. All our products, from French brand Terre de Mars, are organic, vegan and designed with the greatest respect for the environment.

ARE SLIPPERS AND BATHROBES PROVIDED IN THE ROOMS?

Naturally, slippers and bathrobes are provided in the Junior Suite. On request, they can also be provided free of charge in all other room categories. You'll need to indicate this in a digital survey before the start of your stay.

IS THE HOTEL SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Unfortunately, the layout of the Hotel Louison does not allow guests with reduced mobility to be accommodated.

Our Services

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS?  

High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. In addition, every room is equipped with a Chromecast, also at no extra charge.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 11am on weekdays, and from 8am to 11.30am on weekends and public holidays. Formulas are available, accompanied by a buffet prepared by our maîtres and maîtresses de maison. Takeaway breakfast is available from 4am, to be booked at reception the day before.

ARE GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFASTS AVAILABLE?

Our breakfast team has come up with a varied gluten-free formula.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST SERVED IN MY ROOM?

Yes, breakfast can be served in your room from 7am to 12pm on request.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK TRIPS AND EVENTS THROUGH THE HOTEL?

The hotel offers a concierge service. We can arrange various guided tours in Paris and the surrounding area. We can also make reservations for restaurants, theatres and more.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A DRY CLEANING SERVICE?

Yes, we offer a dry-cleaning service at an additional cost. Items left in the morning can be collected the same evening. Please contact our reception team for further information at welcome@louison-hotel.com.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE?

Yes, guests are welcome to use our free luggage storage service. Please note that we do not have a luggage porter.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE AN ELEVATOR?

Yes, the hotel has elevators for access to your room. Each elevator can carry a maximum of two people.

IS THE HOTEL AIR-CONDITIONED?

Yes, every room is air-conditioned for your comfort.

IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL?

No, there is no restaurant in the hotel. However, we do offer room service from 11am to 10.30pm. We'll also be happy to recommend a selection of restaurants and help you make outside reservations.

IS THERE A WELLNESS AREA IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, the hotel has a wellness area. You can reserve a time slot at reception for an independent session of your choice, or opt for a massage and/or coaching session with a professional, at an additional cost. The wellness area is equipped with yoga mats, two yoga bricks, a yoga cushion, a mirror, two 1.5kg weights and elastic bands.

IS THERE A PRIVATE AREA IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, the hotel offers a lounge that can be made private on request, at an additional cost. This area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a high table and four chairs. A whiteboard and projector are also available on request.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY STAY?

Yes, we can personalize your stay to suit your wishes. Special requests may incur an additional charge. Reception is at your disposal to organize flower orders, arrange champagne, decorate your room or answer any other request.

Our Environmental Charter

WHAT IS THE HOTEL DOING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?

Hotel Louison is committed to preserving the environment, which is why we have adopted an eco-responsible approach and implemented equipment and habits to limit our daily environmental impact.

We have obtained the Ecolabel in 2019. The charter can be downloaded for website users: EN / FR

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON USE ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Hotel Louison's cleaning service uses eco-label detergent and replaces all chemical cleaning products with dry steam and ozonated water.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON PROVIDE ECO-RESPONSIBLE HYGIENE AND CARE PRODUCTS?

The hygiene and care products available in the bathroom come from the French brand Terre de Mars. Certified Vegan and Cruelty-Free, they contain a minimum of 95% natural ingredients.

Terre de Mars is a Parisian brand of natural cosmetics that promotes an ethical and responsible approach. Their ECOCERT- and COSMEBIO-certified skincare products are formulated without GMOs or parabens. Manufactured in France, mainly in Brittany and Savoie, they are made from renewable resources and packaged in eco-responsible packaging.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON SORT ITS WASTE?

The hotel staff are responsible for waste sorting within the establishment. To help you do this, two garbage cans are available in each room: one in the bathroom, the other under the desk, to make sorting easy and convenient.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON OFFER VEGETARIAN AND LOCAL BREAKFAST OPTIONS?

Yes, Hôtel Louison offers carefully selected vegetarian options every morning, alongside a wide selection of fresh produce. Aware of the importance of responsible eating, our homemade jams, cheeses, juices and bread come from committed local producers, whom we are proud to support on a daily basis.

DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON WORK WITH FRENCH AND LOCAL SUPPLIERS?

Our suppliers are 100% French and mostly local.

HAS THE HOTEL LOUISON IMPLEMENTED ENERGY-SAVING MEASURES?

Yes, we have taken numerous steps to reduce our energy consumption: all our light bulbs are LED, 100% of our electricity comes from renewable sources and we neutralize our gas consumption by purchasing carbon credits. Exterior lighting is switched off at night, and every kilowatt-hour of electricity consumed generates a €1 donation to renewable energy research. Our rooms are double-glazed for better insulation, and the heating is regulated to limit excesses.

HOW DOES THE HOTEL LOUISON REDUCE ITS WASTE?

Hôtel Louison limits its waste production by limiting individual packaging and recycling light bulbs, batteries, ink cartridges, furniture and obsolete objects.

DOES THE CLEANING SERVICE CHANGE SHEETS AND TOWELS EVERY DAY?

As part of our eco-responsible approach, sheets are changed only if they are stained or damaged. Towels, meanwhile, are only replaced if you leave them on the floor. In this way, we limit water and energy wastage, while ensuring your comfort.

HOW CAN I HELP REDUCE MY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DURING MY STAY?

Above all, we invite you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind: we do everything we can to control our environmental impact. If you wish, you can also contribute to this commitment by sorting your waste and limiting your water consumption.

Transport

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?

We offer lockable garages in a private car park next to the hotel, at an additional cost and only by contacting the hotel by email welcome@louisonhotel.com (subject to availability). The keys to the car park will be given to you at reception on arrival. Please note that these car parks are not suitable for 4x4s, SUVs, Crossovers, MPVs or vans.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER TRANSPORTATION OR SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT?

No, but we can arrange travel to airports and train stations in Paris with shuttle services or private taxis. These services are available on request at reception and at an additional cost.
