What is today the Hotel Louison was in history, the residence of Madame de Maintenon who raised the hidden children of King Louis XIV - one of them could have been named Louison. In our Parisian house, our team cultivates the values of courtesy and simplicity.

Our homemade breakfast
Made with love by our housewives, our Parisian breakfast buffet and its "Healthy" version is served on weekdays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am and on weekends from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. All products have been carefully selected for their unique history, their local provenance and their impeccable quality.
For early risers and globetrotters, a take-out breakfast is available to order, starting at 4am.
